From inside the app
Tap your photo in the top right, then House rules and help, then Send us a message. That reaches the same inbox and tells us which account you are writing from, which usually saves a round trip.
Reporting somebody
Every profile, business and chat has a report action, and reporting is anonymous. The person you report is never told who reported them. If somebody is making new accounts to reach you, write to us and we will deal with it at our end.
Deleting your account
Tap your photo in the top right, scroll to the bottom, then Delete account. It removes your profile, photos, trips, pins and every chat on both sides. It is immediate and it cannot be undone.
Something is broken
Tell us what you were doing and what happened. A screenshot helps more than anything else.
